However, it is not the only factor that determines which applicants are admitted. If such is the case, it is strongly suggested that prospective applicants consider strengthening their math skills and apply later.
For the Data Science program, fundamental courses in mathematics and computing may be needed as prerequisites for other courses in the program.
Recommended preparatory courses include advanced undergraduate level courses in linear algebra and probability, and introductory courses in PDEs, stochastic, numerical methods and proficiency in programming (Basic usage of the Python and C/C++ programming languages).
